Final Accounting BRAUN MEDICAL, The settlement administrator, Simpluris, Inc., has confirmed that the distribution of INC. the settlement funds has been completed and made in accordance with the terms of the settlement that were approved by the Court. 2019- 01069273 As Plaintiff has shown that the administrator’s work is complete, the Court’s file may now be closed.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice of this ruling to Defendants. 102 Aristondo vs. Final Accounting Prospera Management Plaintiff Gloria Aristondo’s Final Accounting hearing is CONTINUED to July, Inc. 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Department CX102 to confirm that the amount of the uncashed checks after the check-cashing deadline has been delivered to the State 2023- Controller’s Office Unclaimed Property Fund in the names of the applicable 01334274 payees and that the administrator’s work is complete in compliance with the Court’s previous 7/30/2025 Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Approve Settlement Agreement Pursuant to the Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 and Final Judgment (ROA #112). Paragraph 7 of that order specifies that “[f]or any Aggrieved Employee whose Individual PAGA Payment check is uncashed and cancelled after the void date, the Administrator shall transmit the funds represented by such checks to the California Controller s Unclaimed Property Fund in the name of the Aggrieved Employee.”

All supporting papers must be filed at least sixteen (16) court days before the continued hearing date. If a supplemental report cannot be filed by this deadline, counsel must request a continuance. Failure to request a continuance may result in the issuance of an Order to Show Cause re Monetary Sanctions.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice of this ruling to Defendant.
