1. CL0003434 Velocity Investments, LLC vs. George Altenberg Appearances are required for status regarding dismissal. If the parties wish the court to retain jurisdiction, they should file a written stipulation under Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or state their agreement regarding the same on the record.
2. CL0003758 Alford Presser., Jr. vs. California Department of Transportation Appearances are required. Plaintiff shall show cause why default entered on April 23, 2026 should not be vacated as improvidently entered, and the basis upon which Plaintiff contends the Office of the Attorney General is authorized to accept service for the Department of Transportation.
