18 On for hearing is Petitioner Dexandro Montalvo’s Order to Show Cause and Affidavit for Contempt file 19 dated 6/3/25 alleging that Respondent Lee Lundrigan is noncompliant with spousal support orders. 20 Petitioner asserts Respondent owes Petitioner $65,769 in unpaid spousal support (excluding statutory 21 interest). 22
23 At the prior 5/14/26 hearing, the Court ordered Respondent Lee Lundrigan to file an Income and Expense 24 Declaration if Respondent seeks appointment of contempt counsel to represent him in this contempt 25 action. The Court advised Respondent that he can also hire his own attorney. See 5/14/26 Minute Order. 26 Respondent did not file an Income and Expense Declaration. 27
28 The parties are ordered to appear at hearing on 6/23/26 for Respondent’s arraignment. 29
