1. P17-16158 In the Matter of Richard Joseph Nathaniel Rouse, et al. No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, this petition is continued for hearing until July 24, 2026, at 09:00. There is no proof that Petitioner served the instant petition and supplemental briefing on Goodwill and the Washoe Tribe as previously ordered. Petitioner shall give notice of the new hearing and shall ensure that all Petitioner filings are served on these interested parties.
