No later than July 10, 2026 moving party to file a supplemental declaration addressing (1) the reason cross-complaint was not filed on July 21, 2023; (2) the reason why leave to file cross-complaint has not been sought until May 29, 2026; (3) attach a copy of a proposed cross-complaint removing all claims that accrued after July 21, 2023; removing all non-compulsory claims; removing all habitability claims pre-dating February 2023; removing any claims that have been raised before the rent board; (4) attach a copy of the court order re-opening discovery (or moving party may file a supplemental brief limited to citations to authority (no additional argument) supporting moving party's claim that discovery has been re-opened at any point post-arbitration).
Opposing party may file a response to the moving party's supplemental filing no later than July 17, 2026.
