April 20, 2026, Case Management Conference Tentative Rulings

1. CL0003673 Edmond M. Lucas v. Christina Collins No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues the case management conference to August 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Plaintiff shall file a proof of service, an application for service by publication (as appropriate), or a request for dismissal of Defendants no later than two weeks prior to the continued case management conference date.

2. CU0001258 Randy Lee Miller vs. Nevada Commons No appearances are required. The order to show cause is dismissed in the interests of justice. A request for dismissal with prejudice has been filed. This case is dismissed with prejudice.

3. CU0001750 McKellar Tree Service & Logging, Inc. vs. Blue Lead Gold Mining, LLC et, al. Appearances are required.
