Procedural History 19 1) The parties are Petitioner Marie Czap and Respondent Felipe Saint-Jean Antonijevic. 20 2) On 4/16/26, Petitioner filed a Request for Order seeking modification of the 4/2/26 spousal 21 support order based on a change in income, determination of spousal support arrears, and $75,000 22 in attorney’s fees and costs pursuant to Family Code section 2030. The matter was set for hearing 23 on 6/9/26. 24 3) On 5/14/26, the parties filed an Agreement and Order to Reschedule Hearing and the matter was 25 continued to 6/25/26. 26 4) On 6/10/26, Petitioner filed a Supplemental Declaration in support of Petitioner’s Request for 27 Order augmenting the attorney’s fees request to $129,550. 28 5) On 6/11/26, Respondent filed a Responsive Declaration in opposition to Petitioner’s Request for 29 Order.
