March 30, 2026, Case Management Conference Tentative Rulings

1. CL0001452 Thomas Duncan Meyers, et al. vs. Ada Mavis Hickey No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues the case management conference to July 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Plaintiff shall file proof of service, an application for service by publication (as appropriate), or a request for dismissal of defendant no later than two weeks prior to the continued case management conference date.

2. CL0002584 Geico General Insurance Company vs. Sebastian Deleon-Mariscal, et al. Appearances are required. Plaintiff shall show cause why they should not be sanctioned for failure to file a proof of service, an application to serve by publication (if deemed appropriate), or a request for dismissal for defendant Delean-Mariscal as previously ordered by this Court on September 22, 2025.
