The annual status report was due by 5/26/26. As of 6/19/26, it has not been filed. If the report is not filed before the hearing, the Court will continue the hearing to 7/28/26, at 10:30 a.m., in J6 for the report to be filed and served.
If the report and proof of service are filed before the hearing and are complete, no appearance will be required. The biennial status report shall be served and filed by 5/23/28 and set for a hearing on 6/27/28 at 10:30 a.m., in J6.
As of 6/16/26, the Court Investigator’s Report has not been filed. If the report is not filed before the hearing, the Court will continue the hearing to 7/28/26, at 10:30 a.m., in J6 for the report to be filed.
If the Court Investigator’s Report is filed before the hearing, the next Court Investigator’s Report shall be filed by 5/23/28.
The clerk shall give notice.
