The court grants the unopposed motion to approve the Proposition 65 settlement and consent judgment. The court finds that the settlement is in compliance with Proposition 65 (Health & Safety Code, sections 25249.5 to 25249.14); the award of attorney's fees pursuant to the settlement is reasonable under California law on the evidence before the court; and that, considering the factors set out in Health & Safety Code, section 25249.7, subdivision (b)(2), and the facts asserted in the moving papers, the penalty amount is reasonable. The court will sign the proposed consent judgment attached as Exhibit B to the May 15, 2026 Smith Declaration.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 301 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
