Ruling. Absent objections, this Petition will be granted without hearing. Conservator is ordered to comply with the following future dates: 1. Fourth Account. a. Conservator is to file the Fourth Account for the period 1/1/26 – 12/31/27 by February 17, 2028. b. A hearing shall be set for March 30, 2028, at 1:30 for either: i. Hearing on the Second Account; or ii. Explanation as to why it was not timely filed.
