Report of Co-Administrators on Status of Estate Administration Request for Extension of Time, filed by Abigail K. Sutcliffe and Oliver Kell on 5/8/26.

Ruling. This matter is continued to June 11, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The Report of Status of Administration was not filed by April 23, 2026, as ordered on 4/17/25; additional time for proper notice is required. In addition, the following issues must be addressed: (1) The Report of Status was not signed by Co- Administrator Abigail Sutcliffe; and (2) the request for preliminary distribution of the boat was not included in the caption to the Petition.

Petitioners are ordered to file the following no later than five Court days prior to hearing. (Super. Ct. Marin County, Local Rules, rule 6.2(b), Filing, Hearing, and Continuance Procedures.)

1. A Supplement to Petition that includes Ms. Sutcliffe’s signature to the Report of Status; and 2. Proof of Service confirming that at least fifteen days’ notice of the Report of Status, including the request for preliminary distribution of the boat, was provided to all interested parties on the mandatory Judicial Council Form “Notice of Hearing – Decedent’s Estate or Trust” with the box checked in Item 1 stating this is a report of status of administration. (Judicial Council Forms, form DE-120.)
