Ruling. Absent objections, this Petition will be granted with the minor’s share to be distributed to a blocked account.

1. Petitioner is ordered to submit to the Court, no later than five court days from the date of this hearing, an order to establish blocked account on the mandatory Judicial Council form “Order to Deposit Funds in Blocked Account” to be signed in addition to the Order granting this Petition. (Judicial Council Forms, form MC-355.)

3. A status hearing to confirm filing of the mandatory Judicial Council form “Acknowledgment of Receipt of Order and Funds for Deposit in Blocked Account” is set for July 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Judicial Council Forms, form MC-356.) The completed form must be filed at least five court days prior to hearing. (Super. Ct. Marin County, Local Rules, rule 6.2(b), Filing, Hearing, and Continuance Procedures.)
