Annual Review Hearing
Letters of conservatorship of the person and estate were issued on

and considered the report, the court finds that the conservatorship remains necessary
and shall continue.

account is settled, allowed, and approved as requested. Compensation is allowed as

CONSERVATEE’S ASSETS AS REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE COURT INVESTIGATOR’S FEE.
THE FIRST ANNUAL ACCOUNT IS SETTLED, ALLOWED, AND APPROVED AS RENDERED.
COMPENSATION IS ALLOWED AS REQUESTED. THE COURT SETS THE NEXT ANNUAL
REVIEW HEARING AT 8:30 A.M., FRIDAY, APRIL 16, 2027, IN DEPARTMENT FOUR.
