Annual Review Hearing

Letters of conservatorship of the person and estate were issued on

February 28, 2025. The court is in receipt of the court investigator’s report. Having read

and considered the report, the court finds that the conservatorship remains necessary

and shall continue.

The court is also in receipt of the first annual account and report. The first annual

account is settled, allowed, and approved as requested. Compensation is allowed as

requested.

TENTATIVE RULING # 3: THE CONSERVATORSHIP REMAINS NECESSARY AND SHALL

CONTINUE. THE CONSERVATOR IS ORDERED TO PAY THE COURT $350.00 FROM THE

CONSERVATEE’S ASSETS AS REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE COURT INVESTIGATOR’S FEE.

THE FIRST ANNUAL ACCOUNT IS SETTLED, ALLOWED, AND APPROVED AS RENDERED.

COMPENSATION IS ALLOWED AS REQUESTED. THE COURT SETS THE NEXT ANNUAL

REVIEW HEARING AT 8:30 A.M., FRIDAY, APRIL 16, 2027, IN DEPARTMENT FOUR.
