1. PR0000041 In Re Stein, Greta
No appearance required. The Court approves the Fourth Accounting and finds guardianship of Greta Stein’s estate remains necessary and appropriate. The next Accounting is set for June 28, 2027 at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. A. The 5th accounting shall be filed at least thirty (30) days prior to the hearing date and notice given as required by law.
2. PR0000750 In the Matter of Melilah A Schuch Living Trust
Appearances required.
On April 21, 2026, Jodie D. Moreno filed a Petition for Final Distribution. On June 4, 2026, Mario Albert Hernandez filed an objection to the Petition for Final Distribution. This places the matter at issue, requiring an evidentiary hearing to resolve. In re Estate of Lensch (2009) 177 Cal.App.4th 667, 676; Conservatorship of Farrant (2021) 67 Cal.App.5th 370, 377.
The Court intends to set this matter for a contested evidentiary hearing and to refer this matter to mediation between the parties. See Probate Code § 17206; Breslin v. Breslin (2021) 62 Cal.App.4th 801, 806. The Court will also be setting a schedule for further briefing, meet and confer requirements, and exchange of witness and exhibit lists in the matter as may be necessary for an evidentiary hearing.
3. PR0001042 In Re the Matter of Carlo Alexandre Vazquez Lizarraga
No appearances required. The Petition to Appoint Limited Conservator of the Person is continued on the court's own motion to August 10, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in Department A.
A petition for limited conservatorship requires the Court appoint an attorney to represent the proposed conservatee pursuant to Probate Code section 1471(b). The Court hereby appoints attorney Katie Lenore based on the request for limited conservatorship. The Clerk is directed forthwith to notice newly-appointed conservatee’s counsel of the appointment, continued hearing date, and to provide counsel with any necessary documents from the Court’s file. The Court also specifically directs counsel for proposed conservatee to further inquire into the discrepancy between the capacity declaration on file and the investigator’s report related to capacity to make medical decisions.

4. TP20-7605 In the Matter of AIDEN SCOTT ROLAND
No appearances are required. The Court has read and reviewed the Status Report and finds guardianship to remain necessary and appropriate and in the minor’s best interests. The next annual review is set for June 14, 2027 at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. A. Guardian shall submit an updated Status Report thirty (30) days prior to the review hearing. At this time, it appears the minor may be living temporarily in the State of Nevada. If this is a permanent change, guardians is directed to register the guardianship in Nevada and proceed in that state. See, Family Code section 3424.
