Upon review of Plaintiff's "Motion to Set Aside/Vacate Dismissal..." filed on or about 1/15/26 and set for hearing on 6/17/26:

The history of this case demonstrates that the Clerks' office/ Court entered an Order on 6/27/24 that reads as follows:

"DISMISSAL ENTERED ON 8/18/2021, AS TO ENTIRE ACTION IS VACATED- CLERICAL ERROR."

This entry was not reviewable and visible to the Court in the ECourt "Summary of Case" filings in the judges' edition of ECourt. The case was also not updated in ECourt to 'undispose' of it, which should have been done when the 6/27/24 Order was entered, and the case remained heretofore in a "Disposed" status.

The Court has now read and acknowledges the 6/27/24 Order. Accordingly,

The Motion to Set Aside/Vacate Dismissal filed by Bank of America, N.A. on 01/15/2026 is Granted.

The prior Dismissal was already VACATED, but the Court requests that the ECourt analogous 'entry' be made by the department clerk so that the case is electronically recognized as being in 'Active' status.
