Plaintiff moves the Court for an order setting aside and vacating its prior order of dismissal and for entry of judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant in the sum of $10,005.08. Subject to this protective order, the discovery stay granted by the Court’s order filed April 30, 2026 is otherwise hereby LIFTED.
