4. Guardianship of Selena W. PP20160138 ANNUAL STATUS CASE REVIEW

Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued on October 12, 2016. An annual review hearing was set for February 11, 2026. The Annual Guardianship Status Report (Judicial Council Form GC-251) was not filed by the guardian for that hearing nor for the continued hearing on March 11, 2026, and the guardians did not attend either of these hearings. The matter was continued again to April 15, 2026. To date, guardians still have not filed the Annual Guardianship Status Report.
