1) MOTION – RELIEVE COUNSEL 2) ORDER -SHOW CAUSE
The motion of Allison Cecchini Erggelet to be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff John Doe, Trustee of the Honey Crisp Trust is GRANTED. (Code Civ. Proc., § 284.)
The Court issues an Order to Show Cause (“OSC”) to Plaintiff as to his representation. New counsel or Plaintiff himself, and all parties, must to appear in Court (either in person or via zoom) on July 14, 2026, at 9 am in Courtroom A to set new dates in this proceeding. Failure to appear on behalf of Plaintiff may result in dismissal of the case.
Attorney Allison Cecchini Erggelet is ordered to provide Plaintiff with written notice of the OSC and next hearing date and file a proof of service that notice has been given.
All parties must comply with Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.10(B) to contest the tentative decision. Parties who request oral argument are required to appear in person or remotely by ZOOM. Regardless of whether a party requests oral argument in accordance with Rule 2.10(B), the prevailing party shall prepare an order consistent with the announced ruling as required by Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.11.
