A Petition to Appoint a Guardian and Temporary Petition was filed on February 10, 2026. Letters of Temporary Guardianship were issued on February 25, 2026. The court received the guardianship study conducted by Child Protective Services on March 27, 2026 which recommends that the petition be granted. The court has not received the Department, of Justice background results. The court finds that notice has not been given to the minor’s parents nor to one of the siblings of the minors.
