By granting the Petitioners' Ex Parte Application for Order to List and Sell Real Property, or in the Alternative, an Order Shortening Time for Hearing on Request for Order to List and Sell Real Property, it was the Court's intention to simply place this matter on calendar (rather than rule on the Barbara matter on an ex parte basis) to allow all parties an opportunity to prepare briefing and be heard, and Donnelly Special to allow Judge Mosbarger to address the issues raised therein.
