The Court requires a Declination to Serve as Executor from McKenna Haley Byrne who is named Estate of Byrne, 9:00 25PR00545 as a Successor Executor at Paragraph 3.1 of the Decedent's Will, that indicates her waiver to be Brannon E appointed, as required by Probate Code Sections 8420 and 8440.

The petition is granted, letters of administration with full authority shall issue, bond is waived, Estate of Jane Dolan is appointed as probate referee and a final distribution hearing is set for April 20, 2027 9:00 26PR00057 Willmeroth, at 9:00 a.m. In the event the administrator is unable to file the petition for final distribution Douglas Randolph seven (7) days prior to the final distribution hearing, the administrator shall file a status update seven (7) days prior to the hearing. The Court will sign the form of order submitted by counsel.

The petition is granted, letters testamentary with full authority shall issue, bond is waived, Jane Dolan is appointed as probate referee and a final distribution hearing is set for April 20, 2027 at Estate of Robbins, 9:00 26PR00099 9:00 a.m. In the event the executor is unable to file the petition for final distribution seven (7) Keith C days prior to the final distribution hearing, the executor shall file a status update seven (7) days prior to the hearing. The Court will sign the form of order submitted by counsel.

As such, the matter is continued to May 19, 2026 for counsel to submit a legible copy of the accounting.

The Court finds that this matter was resolved by the Court’s Order Settling the First and Final Account and Report of Successor Trustee, Approving Settlement Agreement and for Final 9:00 PR-41676 Nixon Family Trust Distribution. Unless counsel wishes to be heard regarding final distribution, no further appearances are necessary and the matter is closed.
