A Petition to Appoint a Guardian and Temporary Petition was filed on March 23, 2026. Letters of Temporary Guardianship were issued on April 1, 2026. The father signed a signed a consent for appointment of the proposed guardians. All notices have been given as required by law. The court has yet to receive the investigator’s report. The court continues the matter one week to allow additional time for the report to be received. Conversely, if the proposed guardians have received the report they can bring it to the hearing for the court’s review.
