Code of Civil Procedure section 2031.310, subdivision (b)(2) states “The motion shall be accompanied by a meet and confer declaration under Section 2016.040.”
Here, Plaintiff has not satisfied the meet and confer requirements of section 2016.040.
The parties are ordered to engage in meet and confer efforts over their dispute in person, by phone, or by video conference, as required by Code of Civil Procedure section 2016.040.
