On 6/5/26, the co-guardians lodged with the court two amended orders (one for each minor) to deposit funds in blocked account. Also, on 6/5/26, they filed a declaration stating that the amended orders are needed because Bank of America informed them that an amended MC-355 would need to be filed to match the exact amounts on the checks for each child, and then the funds could be deposited.
The prior order to deposit funds in blocked account authorized $5,000 for each minor. The insurance checks are stated to be in the amounts of $50,000 each.
The Court will address this issue at the hearing.
