Letters of guardianship of the person were issued for both minors on April 26, 2023.
On April 23, 2026, the guardian submitted the annual guardianship status report
(Judicial Council form GC-251) for both minors. Having read and considered the reports,
the court finds that the conservatorship remains necessary for both minors and shall
continue.
TENTATIVE RULING # 5: THE COURT FINDS THAT THE CONSERVATORSHIP REMAINS
NECESSARY FOR BOTH MINORS AND SHALL CONTINUE. THE COURT SETS THE NEXT
ANNUAL REVIEW HEARING AT 8:30 A.M., FRIDAY, APRIL 23, 2027.
