5. Guardianship of Estate of Cristiano and Kai P. 24PR0041 ANNUAL STATUS CASE REVIEW
Letters of Guardianship of the Estate were issued March 27, 2024. At the hearing on March 12, 2025, the Court ordered the guardian to file an accounting pursuant to Probate Code section 260 and set the matter for an accounting hearing and annual review on March 11, 2026. The guardian failed to appear and failed to file the Annual Guardianship Status Reports (Judicial Council form GC-251) or an accounting. Court continued the matter to April 15, 2026. Upon review of the file, the court finds that the guardian still has not filed the Annual Guardianship Status Reports or an accounting.
TENTATIVE RULING #5: APPEARANCES ARE REQUIRED AT 1:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15, 2026 IN DEPARTMENT 8.
