4. PR0000998 In Re the Matter of Seth Bartlett

This matter is before the Court on a spousal property petition. See Probate Code §§ 13650 et seq. Since the matter was last heard on May 11, 2026, Petitioner has provided a declaration and exhibits in response to the Court’s tentative. Prob. Code § 13651(a)(3). Petitioner has corrected the defects noted in the Court’s previous tentative. No other defects are noted and the petition is granted as prayed. No appearances are required.

Petitioner shall file signed Duties and Liabilities of Personal Representative at least one week before the continued hearing. Petitioner shall also arrange for publication of notice of the recently filed amended petition, including updated information on the proposed administrator and the continued hearing date.
