Pursuant to the Order of Probate dated April 22, 2025, Petitioner Jacqueline F. Lewis, was appointed as Special Administrator to sell the real property commonly known as 1051 EAST AVE, CHICO, CA 95926, APN 015-300-021-000 to YARIM A CASTILLO OF TRU DEAL, LLC for $350,000, with Estate of: Lewis, Decedent's 1/4 share of the proceeds to be placed into a blocked account. Based upon the Response 9:00 25PR00164 Dorothy Nell to Order to Show Cause filed by counsel for the Petitioner on April 9, 2026, it appears that this is still in process since the Court has not received an order with regard to a blocked account. This matter is therefore continued to August 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The Order to Show Cause to Erik Harstrom is vacated.

The Court notes that the Will was never lodged with the Court and thus Letters were never issued in Estate of Kirk, this case. Once the Will is lodged and Letters issued, the Court is inclined to settle and approve the 9:00 25PR00389 Donna Lou Petition for First and Final Report of Administration. This matter is continued to August 4, 2026 9:00 a.m. for counsel to complete the tasks outlined above.

The petition is granted, letters of administration with full authority shall issue, bond is waived, Jane Dolan is appointed as probate referee and a final distribution hearing is set for June 15, 2027 at Estate of: Fong, 9:00 26PR00128 9:00 a.m. In the event the Administrator is unable to file the petition for final distribution seven (7) Henry L days prior to the final distribution hearing, the administrator shall file a status update seven (7) days prior to the hearing. The Court will sign the form of order submitted by counsel.
