Accordingly, the Court confirms the hearing re dismissal pursuant to CCP 583.420 set for May 10, 2028 at 1:30 p.m. in Department A.

In addition, on its own motion, the Court sets and Order to Show Cause for July 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Department A for Plaintiff to show cause as to why they should not be sanctioned $250.00 for failing to timely file a Case Management Conference Statement for the instant CMC, we as well as the CMC set for February 20, 2026. The clerk shall provide notice to Plaintiff of the order to show cause hearing.
9. CU0002233 Jeffrey P. Botham vs. Tahoe Club Company, LLC, et al. No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, the case management conference is continued to July 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., in Department A. This case is not yet at issue.
