1. CL0003264 Midland Credit Management Inc. vs. Shane Kimbrel Appearances are required for status regarding dismissal. If the parties wish the court to retain jurisdiction, they should file a written stipulation under Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or state their agreement regarding the same on the record.

Code of Civil Procedure 417.10(f) states, “All proof of personal service shall be made on a form adopted by the Judicial Council.” Form POS-010 is the form approved by the Judicial Council for proof of service of summons.
