1. This is the third status conference. Personal appearance is required. No continuance is contemplated by the Court at this time. If Petitioner does not appear at the status conference, the case will be dropped from further Status Conference review.
2. The Court notes that the following are still required: a. Judgment documents, depending on whether there is a settlement at this time. If there is a settlement, the following will be required: i. FL-144 Stipulation and Waiver of Final Declaration of Disclosure if the parties are waiving final declarations of disclosure OR FL-141 Declaration re: Service of Declaration of Disclosure from each party with final declaration of disclosure. ii. FL-170 Declaration for Default or Uncontested Dissolution (Family Law). iii. FL-180 Judgment (Family Law) with notarized settlement agreement attached. iv. FL-190 Notice of Entry of Judgment Family Law—Uniform Parentage—Custody and Support), with a stamped envelope addressed to each party.
