Petition to Appoint Guardian
The court notes that the biological father is deceased; however, the petition does
not identify the name or address of either paternal grandparent. (Prob. Code, § 1510,
subd. (c)(3).) There is also no proof of service on either paternal grandparent. (Prob.
Code, § 1511, subd. (c)(2).)
To date, the court investigator’s report is not in the court’s file. (Prob. Code, § 1513,
subd. (a).) The Duties of Guardian (Judicial Council form GC-248) is also not in the court’s
file.
