Status of Administration
On October 24, 2025, the court granted the petition for final distribution. At the last
hearing on March 13, 2026, the court granted the executor’s request for a continuance.
To date, there is still no receipt of distribution (the court notes there is one beneficiary)
and there is no Ex Parte Petition for Final Discharge (Judicial Council form DE-295) in the
court’s file.
