7. GUARDIANSHIP OF TANNER AND CODY S. 23PR0132 PETITION TO TERMINATE GUARDIANSHIP
A petition to terminate guardianship was filed on 9/2/25 by Father Nathan Sproule. Notice of Hearing filed 9/3/25 established guardians were personally served on 9/2/25 for hearing on 10/22/25. Subsequently, guardians requested to continue the 10/22/25 hearing which was granted and continued to 11/12/25. Father Nathan Sproule and Mother Cheryln Pierce were personally served with order continuing the hearing to 11/12/25 on 10/2/25 and 10/18/25, respectively. The Investigator’s Report regarding Father’s Petition to Terminate was filed on 1/13/26. Guardians filed an Objection to Petition on 3/13/26.
