Tentative: The hearing on Plaintiffs Motion for an Order Granting Preference in Setting Case for Trial is CONTINUED to July 14, 2026, at 8:20 a.m. to allow Plaintiffs the opportunity to provide a supplemental declaration regarding Plaintiff Kathleen Hlavatys prognosis (Code Civ. Proc., § 36.5) so that the Court may make a determination as to whether Kathleen Hlavatys health is such that a preference is necessary to prevent prejudicing her interest in the litigation.
The supplemental declaration shall be filed and served on or before June 30, 2026. Any response thereto shall be filed and served on or before July 7, 2026.
Order to Show Cause
The Order to Show Cause re: why monetary sanctions should not be imposed against attorneys Nicholas Yoka and Kevin Gramling for failure to timely file Request for Entry of Default as to Total Barricade Service (Rule 3.110) is DISCHARGED. Total Barricade Service has filed its responsive pleading.
Case Management Conference
The Case Management Conference is CONTINUED to July 14, 2026 at 8:35 a.m. Parties are excused from filing CMC statements unless there is updated information of which the Court should be aware.
Plaintiffs shall give notice.
