2. TP18-7063 In the Matter of Reign Michel Atkinson

On the Court’s own motion and due to the Court’s unanticipated unavailability, the Court continues hearing on guardianship review and Father’s Request for Orders to June 18, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. Parties are ordered to appear.

3. PR0000943 In the Matter of Junior Roberto Lopez Noriega

No appearances required. On its own motion and due to the Court’s unanticipated unavailability, the Court continues the hearing on this matter to June 18, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Department A. Guardian and minor ordered to appear.

4. PR0000998 In Re the Matter of Seth Bartlett

This matter is before the Court on a spousal property petition. See Probate Code §§ 13650 et seq. Since the matter was last heard on May 11, 2026, Petitioner has provided a declaration and exhibits in response to the Court’s tentative. Prob. Code § 13651(a)(3). Petitioner has corrected the defects noted in the Court’s previous tentative. No other defects are noted and the petition is granted as prayed. No appearances are required.

5. PR0001029 In Re the Matter of Gregory Alan Tarter

No appearance is required. On the Court’s own motion, the hearing on the petition to administer estate is continued to July 13, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., in Department A. Petitioner shall file signed Duties and Liabilities of Personal Representative at least one week before the continued hearing. Petitioner shall also arrange for publication of notice of the recently filed amended petition, including updated information on the proposed administrator and the continued hearing date.
